LOTT SHIP AGENCY

For more than four decades, William B. Lott, Jr. has been one on the most active players on the Gulf Coast in support of the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry,

His company, Lott Ship Agency, has served expertly and reliably the extremely varied offshore logistical requirements of more than a dozen major operators in the Gulf of Mexico and beyond, both national and international, in particular Allseas, Saibos, Saipem, Subsea 7, BP, ExxonMobil, Noble Drilling, Aker Marine Contractors, Aker Solutions, DOF, BOA, GC RIEBER, Acergy, Gulf Offshore, or Sonsub.

The tasks performed by Lott Ship Agency's clients were as diverse as offshore drilling, offshore construction, heavy lift, or the very large Macondo Remediation operations related to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill of 2010, and also the extensive operations related to the salvage of BP and Exxon Mobil's Thunder Horse PDQ when it nearly capsized in Hurricane Dennis (2005).

Lott Ship Agency's operations have involved the simultaneous service of dozens of offshore construction ships, supply vessels, barges, crew ships, and helicopters, with the support of a direct shore crew exceeding at times fifty operators in locations all along the southern shores, from Brownsville to Miami.

The above-mentioned activities were always performed in full compliance with all extant State and Federal regulations, and in particular with all the provisions of the Jones Act.

Bill Lott graduated from Westminster College (Missouri) in 1982. Bill's whole career has been at the head of Lott Ship Agency, which, in addition to the achievements described above, has served the needs of thousands of ocean going ships calling at ports of the Gulf Coast and elsewhere.
