SEVEN 7 MANAGEMENT GROUP Over the past four decades, the principals of Seven 7 have accumulated a unique all-encompassing marine experience in the near and far expanses of the Seven Seas, be it with regard to diving, sailing, shipping, ship handling, ship and dock design, offshore and inshore construction, offshore heavy lift, pipeline and umbilical design and installation, drilling, oil spill remediation, salvage operations, oceanic towing, deep sea bathymetric surveys, marine geotechnical surveys, energy project design, marine cartography, etc. The team of principals consists of Tyrone Kemper (Managing Director), Mikita Sanders (Risk Management), Bill Lott (Contracts and Operations), and Marc Moszkowski (Methods and Design). The team members have a long history of professional collaboration, going back for some to as early as 2000.

2. Mikita Sanders is a Master of Business Administration (California State University at Northridge). She is currently Account Manager for a very large international insurance company. Mikita is a specialist of Highly Protected Risk (HPR) property insurance. She has held positions with several large domestic and international insurance companies.
3. Bill Lott's career has been at the head of Lott Ship Agency, which has served since 1982 the needs of thousands of ocean going ships calling at ports of the Gulf Coast and elsewhere. He has been for nearly three decades a primary actor in offshore services and logistics throughout the Gulf of Mexico.
